Weekly Newsletter submission guidelines:
Word Document attached to an e mail (NO FAXES) and e-mail to flo@palmcitychamber.com
Subject line: e mail newsletter ANNOUNCEMENT, EVENT, MEMBER TO MEMBER DISCOUNT.
Document Format: Font Style: 10 pt/TREBUCHET MS.
Please do not center or make fancy. Try to limit information to the title of Event OR Announcement to date, time, location, cost, contact and sponsor. LIMIT TO 250 WORDS, and give a web site link that we can send them to for more information.
No PDF files, no graphics or images-they will not be used. Please share this with the staff member(s) who prepare the announcements for the weekly e mail newsletter.
Deadline: Thursday noon of each week. All submissions are subject to edits.
PLEASE NOTE: Submissions will only be included if re-submitted each week. Weekly dates will reflect events/updates for the next 2 months.
Special Emails: We also offer our members the ability to send a separate email including a PDF flyer on a specific event to our members for $50.
